Welcome

Welcome to "Enchanted After All," an AU Potterverse RPG set in modern day magical Ireland. Our game is questionably advanced (advanced without the attitude or SRS BZNS) and is definitely character-driven.

If you're into quirky members and comedy, this board may be just right for you. An affinity for libraries, tea, knitting, cats and sparkle peen also helps

Kinda amused.

I just wrote an interview for a class assignment (in which I have to interview a teacher I don't work with) which basically reads as a fairly typical conversation between me and my mother. Sample:
QUOTE

Interviewer (me) : Do the school and class rules correspond to each other?

My mother: They're actually the same set of rules.

Interviewer: Oh. So did you have input in making the rules?

My mother: We've had them for a while, but they're pretty general. Things that all students should follow.

Interviewer: What would be an example of these rules?

My mother: Treat others with respect, follow instructions, etc. It defines the way the kids are expected to act and treat each other and their teachers.

Later on in the interview it degenerates to...

QUOTE

Interviewer: Do you have any books or philosophies that you feel have changed your views on classroom management?

My mother: Not really, no.

THANKS, MOM. SUPER HELPFUL.

I would have answered the last question with "Lord of the Flies." And just left it at that.

Satisfied.

It takes a special kind of effort to make a signature this annoying AND to make the perfect avatar to go with it.

Horribly embarrassed.

There are few things as awkward as having to talk about sparkly peen and Astroglide with one's mother.

My personal favourite is the combination of Hawaian swim suit, makes their honey moon so vivid now that I can dress him up for the ocation.
