Welcome
Welcome to "Enchanted After All," an AU Potterverse RPG set in modern day magical Ireland. Our game is questionably advanced (advanced without the attitude or SRS BZNS) and is definitely character-driven.
If you're into quirky members and comedy, this board may be just right for you. An affinity for libraries, tea, knitting, cats and sparkle peen also helps

Relieved!
Of course I'm sad, but I'm also pretty glad that EU is over. I'm also excited to see that some of the EU characters are making the move and getting rewritten into this board.

And yes, that is very spiffy.

Yes! Sleep! This is the time of night (at least in EDT) where bed looks delightfully inviting. Much in the way GOB's side looked inviting to White Power Bill holding a shiv.
"WHITE POWER!" "... but I'm... white!"
... now I miss "Arrested Development."

Slightly crazed. I just bought Breaking Dawn. I blame "Growing Up Cullen."I couldn't help it- I just couldn't say no to extended vamp. sex, demon child, a childbirth scene that belongs in every Planned Parenthood class for awfulness, and Bella the Super Vampire ! ALSO: WHAT THE FUCK IS THE MATTER WITH ME?

Why did you buy it, you foolish child? There are free (illegal) copies galore on the internets!
Though I suppose defacing them with the red marker would be a little more difficult.
I feel annoyed. I hate ants.

Lazy.
Also, you should do the whole "returning the copy protest" thing! How exciting it would be to participate in making S. Meyer cry into her pillow at night, hoping her sparklepire would whisk her away to have vague and unfulfilling sexual relations.

I feel loved. My niece cried when I left my sister's place tonight. I "d'awwww"ed.

Giggly.
My philosophy professor is insanely cute. Is it bad that that's the main reason I'm not dropping the class?

Is he cuter than the Dewhurst-like professor was? Because I think that's the key part of this decision.
Anyway, I'm feeling groggy.

Upset.
I just had one of those days where it's like, "screw this. I coud be a wedding planner if I wanted to be underpaid and put up with bitches all day long." You know it' been a bad day when the whole drive home you're praying that one of your students will suddenly drop dead (I still sincerely hope she does, btw). Fuck this "I care and want to help you out" shit- tommorrow I'm handing out pre-copied worksheets, telling them to read the fucking instructions, and grading papers. Any talking will equal an hour detention. SRSly, what the fuck is the matter with me? I could have gone to fucking law school and I choose to do this instead? Screw paying back my debts.
Yeah, I'm guessing I'm also a little stressed as well.

The Dewhurst like professor, apart from sharing a certain resemblance both in appearance and in voice and accent with Neil Gaiman, was a fabulous speaker. And the class was smaller and I got to have hour long sessions with him regularly in order to discuss my research paper. *squee*
And then he up and left. To Vanderbilt. :(
This professor is younger and in a very shallow, superficial way, physically more attractive. (He really is very pretty.) He's also an engaging speaker but he doesn't have the same aura of pure awesomeness as my history professor did. It's a philosophy course, so it won't be hideously boring (at least, I won't find it hideously boring. I'm rather enjoying myself so far.)
And a thing of beauty is a joy forever. I'm happy to sit in the front row of lecture and gape in between the note taking. :P
I'm also full/happy. Today was vegetarian day at the dining hall! I totally overate, but it was SO good.
Christie: What age group are you teaching? I suppose kicking the little bints is not an option?
